  Positive: Great experience getting our pool from these guys! Got quotes and met with two other pool companies before making our decision for Genesis. We felt they had the best infrastructure to get the job done and were honest with us from the get go. Professional and helpful throughout the process. Price was eorth it and comparable to other agencies.
  
  Negative: sometimes communication wasn't the best asset especially towards the end of construction. Seemed like at times we weren't informed of when someone was coming out to do some minor work that required the gate to be left unlocked to the backyard. Sometimes folks showed up and weren't exactly sure what they were doing "just told to come out and adjust something."
